Investigative Building Management -Validity of our forensic reporting
Report writing can be a colourful art form sometimes. As a non-expert working within the investigative and more focused on the forensic side of building management, the validity of my investigations requires careful processes and steps taken to ensure what I produce is reliable and not just a narrative.
Accurate justifiable reporting; we at Grays Rescue embrace every opportunity to undertake this challenge. A supporting report that allows expert engineers the opportunity to provide an elegant structural explanation, there is no more significant role that Grays Rescue can play within a team of leaders supporting an owners corporation.
Being provided with the opportunity to work alongside true experts, you are encouraged to push your boundaries and capabilities, and that’s kind of good scary!
To be a leader in your industry, you need to rise to the challenge. Those who dare to push the boundaries discover how far we can go.
In 2021, several opportunities were presented to Grays Rescue that afforded us to test our capabilities. Every chance to step up and outside of our comfort zone allows Grays Rescue to grow, re-designing our processes and continually improving our core methods providing more conclusive validity of our reporting.
With four new clients and projects starting in 2022, Grays Rescue is excited to keep pushing our boundaries and our capabilities.
Grays Rescue is redefining forensic and investigative building management to lead defect facilitation with extraordinary service and unique defect facilitation designed software.
