A picture may be worth 1000 words but it could be worth millions during remedial rectifications

A good practitioner representing an owners corporation understands that remedial works comes with dust and minor scuffs. However, it doesn’t have to be this way, it is up to the principal practitioners and building managers to protect the owners corporation assets and create a situation that the remedial contractors take every precaution to protect the common property from damage.

Large remedial companies understand the value of over compensating when it comes to protection of common property, taking dilapidation images of everything before starting works, as owners start noticing fatigue and propagation cracking as new damage occurs during remediation repairs and love to blame it on a contractor.

As GRBM are dedicated to remedial, litigation and defect building management, our first rule is to undertake extensive dilapidation images, time stamped for every job, as a company process. A picture tells a thousand words and is the quickest resolve for any dispute.

Be the best practitioner you can be, dilapidation reporting is everything.
